A large education-based retailer is using DTS® Change Orders to more efficiently order currency and coin for their locations. Instead of keying order information for each location into bank voice response systems, this retailer uses the DTS® system to place orders (with their existing banks) online.

Once the orders are loaded into the system the customer is then able to track their change order from order, to delivery to verification. Not only is the ordering process much more efficient but now the retailer can find change order discrepancies more quickly and efficiently.
